Job summary

Miles City, Montana-based hospital seeks a CT Technologist to join a dedicated radiology team. The position offers day and evening/nights shifts with on-call weekends and a competitive salary range, plus a relocation and sign-on package.

Required CRT in the state with ARRT registration and current BLS. Mammography certification or willingness to obtain within 12 months is highly valued; one year of experience is preferred. Great community and strong team environment await.

Qualifications

• Must be Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) in the state and registered with ARRT.
• Certified to perform Mammography or willing to obtain within 12 months of hire.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT imaging equipment to produce cross-sectional images for radiologists.
• Administer/assist with contrast media and procedures as needed.
• Verify patient identity, explain procedures, and position patients for exams.
• Operate CT equipment with proper radiation safety and precautions.
• Notify Modality Lead or Imaging Medical Director of any concerns.
• Stock and clean rooms; manage inventory with supplies.
• Complete paperwork and ensure exams are properly identified for PACS storage.
• Participate in quality control and quality assurance studies.
• Assist supervising radiologist with administrative functions.
• Enforce radiation safety principles.
