Job summary

Kennedy University Hospitals, Inc is seeking a CT Technologist to explain procedures, prep patients, and perform CT imaging under radiologist supervision. You will ensure accurate data entry into the Radiology Information System and support diagnostic quality exams with proper room setup.

Qualified candidates will have ARRT certification and 1–3 months of training or experience, with adherence to departmental requirements for certifications and ongoing education.

Job Description

CT Technologists are responsible for the following: Explains radiographic procedure to the patient and collects accurate patient history. Performs clinical diagnostic examinations including any necessary room preparation. Properly enters patient and exam data into the Radiology Information System. Under the direction of the Radiologist, the CT Technologist operates CT equipment to produce CT images of the body for diagnostic and interventional procedures.

Qualifications for this position include

1-3 months experience and/or training required Satisfactory formal training in an approved program ARRT certification required All required certifications must be obtained in accordance with the department’s training program requirements; failure to meet these requirements may result in termination.

Salary Range

$35.20 to $50.16 Hourly. The actual hiring rate will be determined based on candidate experience, skills and qualifications. This position is not eligible for an annual incentive.
