Responsibilities

We are offering a $25K Sign-On Bonus AND up to $24K towards Student Loan Forgiveness for eligible hires!
Performs computed tomography and diagnostic scans of designated anatomical areas following established practices and procedures. Obtains patient history, explains routine procedures, and addresses patient concerns. Maintains patient records and files. Performs general CT procedures and assists with CT-guided IVR procedures.

• Provides care appropriate to the patient's age, demonstrating necessary knowledge and skills.
• Performs procedures to ensure quality patient care according to Radiologist’s expectations and protocols.
• Adheres to the National Patient Safety Goals and reports any compliance issues.
• Participates in quality assurance programs to ensure safety and satisfaction.
• Maintains professional development and technical competency.
• Uses standard precautions and PPE at all times.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and maintains licensure.
• Attends required educational programs and learning modules.
• Supports departmental operations and resource utilization.
• Maintains complete working knowledge of equipment within the assigned area.
• Follows the Code of Conduct Standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• KY Medical Radiographer license (MRAD:KY) required upon hire.
• Registered Technologist Radiography (ARRT RTR) required upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS-CPR) certification required.
• Previous CT experience preferred.

Pay Range

$31.92 - $46.29 per hour
