Job Description

CT Technologists are responsible for:

• Explaining radiographic procedures to patients and collecting accurate patient history.
• Performing clinical diagnostic examinations, including room preparation.
• Entering patient and exam data into the Radiology Information System.

Qualifications

Under the direction of the Radiologist, operate CT equipment to produce diagnostic images. Requirements include:

• 1-3 months of experience and/or training.
• Satisfactory formal training in an approved program.
• ARRT certification.
