Job summary

McLeod Health in Loris, SC is seeking a CT Technologist to operate the CT scanner and deliver high-quality imaging for radiologists. You will ensure patient safety, comfort, and accurate imaging procedures in a busy CT suite.

Sign-on bonus available; candidates should complete an AMA approved radiologic technology program, hold ARRT eligibility, and maintain BLS and SCQRSA certifications. This full-time role offers the opportunity to join a respected health system near North Myrtle Beach.

Qualifications

• Completion of AMA approved program in Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT radiography registration or eligibility.
• BLS certification required.
• SCQRSA certification for radiography/CT required.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT scanner on a day-to-day basis.
• Provide high-quality CT imaging to radiologists.
• Deliver excellent patient care in CT.
• Maintain proper care of CT area supplies and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers in accordance with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values.
• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the CT scanner.
• Provides high-quality imaging to the radiologists.
• Provides excellent patient care in CT.
• Responsible for the proper care of supplies and equipment in the CT area
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Training:

Completion of a formal AMA approved program in Radiologic Technology with on-the-job training.

Education/Certifications/Licenses:

Registry eligible ARRT radiography required.

BLS and SCQRSA (Limited Radiography, Full Radiography, and/or Computed Tomography) required.

Completion of an approved AMA school of radiologic technology
