Job summary

A community health organization located near Myrtle Beach, SC, is seeking candidates for a radiologic technology position. The role involves maintaining professional image standards, processing high-quality images for the dialysis access program, and performing various radiology procedures. Candidates must have completed an approved AMA radiologic technology program and hold ARRT certification within six months of hiring. A sign-on bonus and relocation reimbursement are available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations.
• Selects and utilizes appropriate technical factors for procedures.
• Processes completed images ensuring interpretability.
• Develops professionalism through continuing education.
• Complies with all policies of the system.
• Performs all Special Procedures examinations during scheduled hours.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers in accordance with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values.
• Selects and utilizes appropriate technical factors for procedure, based on body habits, pathology and body parts.
• Processes completed images making sure they are of interpretable quality for the dialysis access program.
• Continues to develop professionalism through continuing education programs and in-services.
• Complies with all policies of the system with the intention of delivering the highest quality of service.
• Performs all Special Procedures examinations during scheduled hours and is available for call.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved AMA school of radiologic technology.
• ARRT within 6 months of hire.
