Job summary

Mercy Hospital is seeking a CT Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures and support patient care in a fast-paced radiology team. You will operate CT equipment, ensure safety, and maintain high-quality images while communicating effectively with patients and clinicians.

This full-time role requires ARRT registry or eligibility and BLS within 30 days of hire. Location is Mercy Stoddard in Poplar Bluff, MO, with a 40-hour work week, day shifts, and a PB Radiology Dept.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Imaging Program with clinical hours completed.
• Experience: no experience required.
• Licensure: State licensure may be required depending on state of practice.
• Certification/Registration: ARRT registry OR Registry eligible; BLS within 30 days of hire.

The CT (Computed Tomography) Technologist performs diagnostic imaging procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. This role requires operating imaging equipment, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining high-quality imaging standards. The CT Technologist must also effectively communicate with patients and healthcare professionals to provide optimal care.

Department: PB Radiology Dept.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Graduate of an accredited Imaging Program and completion of required clinical hours.

Experience: no experience required

Licensure: State licensure may be required depending on the specific state of practice.

Certification/Registration: Obtained ARRT registry OR Registry eligible (Achieve registry within 6 months of eligibility); Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire
