Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Flex Internal Traveler CT Technologist to support its Float Team across multiple Jacksonville campuses. The role offers night shifts with full-time hours and potential bonuses, including a market bonus and a sign-on bonus for eligible CT Technologists when converting to full-time.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of CT experience, hospital imaging background, and strong patient service skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of CT experience required.
• Experience in CT/Cat Scan department.
• Hospital-based imaging experience.
• Strong customer service and patient-care experience.
• Ability and willingness to work across multiple Baptist Health campuses.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT procedures per protocol and safety standards.
• Provide imaging support across up to three Baptist Health campuses.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor with patients.
• Ensure compliance with education, credentialing, and health requirements.
• Adapt to different departments and workflows while delivering quality care.
