Akumin seeks a CT Technologist at our Salt Lake City, UT facility. This full-time role emphasizes patient safety and high-quality CT imaging, with collaboration with radiologists and clinicians to ensure excellent diagnostic results.

The ideal candidate holds ARRT CT certification (or NMTCB where allowed), a valid state license, CPR certification, and a solid customer-service orientation. Training and ongoing competency checks are provided as part of the role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience; Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Registered Computed Tomography Technologist by the ARRT.
• State license and CPR certification.
• NMTCB in Computed Tomography acceptable in lieu of ARRT registry where allowed.
• Must meet state-specific imaging licensure requirements.
• COVID-19 vaccination may be a condition of employment.
• Background check and drug screen required for employment.

Responsabilités

• Ensure patient safety and perform high quality CT studies.
• Communicate effectively with radiologists and customers.
• Train new technologists and Patient Coordinators.
• Troubleshoot CT scanner and peripheral equipment (monitors, PACS, etc.).
• Assist with pre-screening and aseptic technique for injections.
