Qualifications

• 1–2 years of clinical experience from an accredited radiologic sciences program required
• 2–4 years of CT technologist experience in acute care preferred

Responsibilities

• Operates CT equipment and processing systems to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
• Prepares and positions patients for CT procedures with appropriate immobilization and comfort.
• Verifies patient identification and orders, screens for contraindications.
• Administers contrast media and monitors for adverse reactions.
• Explains procedures and provides post-exam instructions to patients.
• Collaborates with radiologists and healthcare teams to ensure timely, accurate results.
• Reviews images for quality and communicates findings to the radiologist.
• Maintains equipment and performs quality control checks.
• Maintains clean, stocked work area and adheres to safety guidelines.
