Sentara CarePlex Hospital in Hampton, VA seeks a CT Technologist for a flexi/PRN rotating schedule. You will provide quality CT imaging under physician direction, while ensuring protocol adherence and patient education. The role requires ARRT or CNMT certification and CT registry within 2 years of hire.

Base pay for full-time is $38.74-$58.21 per hour, with potential shift differentials and bonuses. Sentara offers comprehensive benefits and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate with radiologic technology training and completion of program requirements.
• Current ARRT or CNMT certification, CT registry within 2 years of hire.
• Ability to perform CT examinations per protocol and ensure patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality CT imaging to patients under physician supervision.
• Perform CT exams according to protocol and required standards.
• Educate patients and families about the procedures.
• Operate CT equipment safely and maintain systems in good working order.
• Complete department documentation and manage supplies inventory.
• Follow radiation safety guidelines and administer IV contrast per protocol.
