Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist in a hospital setting.
• Minimum 2 years of CT experience in a hospital setting.
• ARRT-R (Radiography) certification required.
• ARRT-CT (Computed Tomography) certification required.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association required.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT exams according to physician orders and safety standards.
• Verify patient identity and obtain relevant medical history.
• Explain procedures to patients clearly and empathically.
• Administer contrast media safely and monitor for reactions.
• Evaluate image quality and recognize urgent clinical findings.
