Job summary

Elliot Health System in Manchester, NH is seeking a CT Technologist to perform computed tomography procedures, producing sectional and three‑dimensional images for interpretation by licensed practitioners and assisting with interventional procedures.

Ideal candidates are graduates of an accredited radiography/radiation therapy or nuclear medicine program and hold ARRT CT certification or will obtain it within 12 months. BLS may be required during orientation at a modern, 24/7 radiology team.

Qualifications

• Graduates of an accredited educational program in radiography, radiation therapy, or nuclear medicine technology.
• ARRT-CT certification is required or candidates must become certified within 12 months of hire.
• Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy certification required; ARRT eligible candidates will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Performs CT procedures and related techniques to produce sectional and 3D images for interpretation.
• Performs venipuncture and assists with interventional procedures.
• Prepares and positions patients for CT procedures according to the CT protocol.
• Provides radiation protection to patient, staff, and self according to safety standards.
• Records patient history, exam details, and technique information for each study.
