Job summary

The Northwest Health Porte CT department is seeking a CT Technologist I (PRN) to operate CT equipment and produce high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety and comfort. You will prepare and position patients, verify orders, and collaborate with radiologists to deliver timely results.

Responsibilities include contrast administration, post-exam instructions, equipment QC, and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited radiologic sciences program is required.
• CT certification or eligibility to obtain within six months of hire is preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification within 90 days of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Operates CT equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images per protocols.
• Prepares and positions patients for CT procedures.
• Verifies patient identity and orders and screens for contraindications.
