Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in Newark, NJ seeks a CT Technologist to perform CT procedures with minimal supervision on an evening shift. The role requires ARRT registration and NJ licensure, with orientation completed post-hire.

The position pays hourly within a defined NJ range and contributes to RWJBarnabas Health’s patient care standards. Candidates should have completed an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program and maintain ARRT credentialing.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT).
• NJ License required.
• Successful completion of all Orientation Programs.
• ARRT CT certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Performs CT procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision.
• Exercises professional judgment in the performance of procedures and patient care.
• Conducts other related duties assigned and maintains knowledge of other areas in the department.
• Uses the understanding of growth and development to assess age-specific needs.
