Job summary

Vetted Solutions in the United States seeks a CT technologist to perform CT procedures, acquire diagnostic images, and assist physicians in diagnosis and treatment. You will operate CT scanners, power injectors, and related computer systems across locations, following clinical guidelines and radiation dose management.

You will prepare and position patients, select appropriate technical factors, and maintain high safety standards.

Role:

Perform CT procedures to acquire diagnostic digital images, assisting physicians in diagnosis and treatment. Operate CT scanners, power injectors, and computer systems across multiple locations, ensuring adherence to protocols based on clinical guidelines and radiation dose management.

Responsibilities:

Obtain high-quality images by properly preparing and positioning patients, selecting appropriate technical factors, and using protective shielding when needed. Perform advanced imaging including CTA and interventional procedures, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Maintain knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, and physics to optimize imaging quality and patient safety. Monitor dose data, notify when limits are exceeded, and adjust protocols accordingly.

Qualifications & Skills:

Technical expertise in CT imaging, familiarity with multiple systems and procedures, and strong understanding of clinical histories and major organ systems.
