Job summary

Mary Washington Healthcare is seeking a CT Technologist to perform routine CT scans, prepare patients, and provide high-quality imaging for radiologist interpretation. The role requires ARRT or NMTCB CT certification within one year of hire, and at least six months of CT experience, with CPR certification.

The CT Technologist will uphold radiation safety standards, participate in performance improvement, and support cross-training programs within the Radiology department.

Qualifications

• ARRT registered in Radiologic Technology and/or NMTCB CNMT registered.
• Advanced ARRT/NMTCB certification in CT required within one year of hire date.
• Six months' relevant CT experience required; CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for CT examinations by confirming orders and verifying identities.
• Performs CT examinations for all ages and maintains CT competency.
• Maintains radiation safety and supports cross-training in CT.
