Job summary

Newark Beth Israel Medical Center is seeking a CT Technologist to perform CT procedures under limited supervision, ensuring patient safety and high-quality imaging. The role requires graduation from an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program, ARRT registration, and NJ licensure, with orientation completion on the RWJBarnabas Health system.

The position is full time, evening shift, with a competitive hourly pay range and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT).
• NJ License required.
• Successful completion of all Orientation Programs.

Responsibilities

• Performs CT procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision.
• Exercises professional judgment in the performance of procedures and patient care.
• Conducts other related duties assigned and maintains knowledge of other areas in the department.
• Uses knowledge of age-specific needs to provide appropriate patient care.
