Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Position and immobilize patients on the examining table.
• Administer contrast media orally or intravenously as per protocols.
• Enter data such as scan type and slice thickness into the computer.
• Communicate with patients before and during procedures.
• Ensure quality of images and produce radiographs.
• Perform quality assurance on CT equipment and maintain logs.
• Perform clerical tasks like scheduling patients.
• Maintain and clean the work area and equipment.
