Job summary

Memorial Health System - Ohio in Marietta, OH seeks a CT Technologist to operate CT scanners, ensure diagnostic image quality, and transmit studies to PACS. You will rotate CT call and coordinate with scheduling while complying with department policies.

Required are Ohio licensure, ARRT registration, and BLS certification; CT certification should be obtained within 2 years and completed by year 3.

Qualifications

• Two years post high school education is required.
• Current radiologic licensure from the State of Ohio Department of Health and ARRT registered is required.
• CT Technologist certification must be obtained within 2 years and is required by year 3.

Responsibilities

• Operate the CT scanner to obtain diagnostic scans per ARRT/ASRT scope and Ohio rules.
• Review each examination for technical accuracy.
• Transmit images to PACS and scan relevant documents.
• Rotate CT call as scheduled.
• Check expiration dates on supplies and dispose of expired items.
