Job summary

Nebraska Methodist Health System in Fremont, NE seeks a Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist to perform specialized CT procedures in line with policies and standards. The role supports patient care, images quality, and safety while maintaining records and equipment.

Location: Methodist Fremont Health. Schedule: Mon–Fri 8:30A–5PM, with call, holiday rotation and possible weekends. Requires ARRT certification and state licensure.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology required.
• ARRT certification in Radiography and CT required within 12 months.
• Current state Radiographer license required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patient for radiological procedure by positioning patient and adjusting devices.
• Minimizes radiation exposure to patient and staff using protection techniques.
• Maintains infection-control practices and a clean environment.
• Performs quality control and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Operates radiology equipment and troubleshoots malfunctions.
• Maintains accurate records for accrediting bodies.
• Responds to department call as assigned.
