Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health seeks a CT Technologist to perform diagnostic CT scans and provide direct patient care with compassionate service. You will assist radiologists and ensure high-quality imaging while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires CT/Rad Tech experience, ARRT certification, and proficiency with CT IT systems. On-call duties and state licensure considerations apply; opportunity to grow through training and support.

Qualifications

• 1 year of CT or Rad Tech experience (preferred).
• ARRT Certification in Diagnostic Radiology (required).
• Advanced modality registration in CT (preferred, or must obtain within two years).
• State licensure (preferred, unless required by the state).
• BLS Basic Life Support (required at hire for some locations; preferred at hire).

Responsibilities

• Assures the quality of all images and confirms patient/procedural data.
• Performs CT procedures.
• Performs timeout as required by policy.
• Properly positions patients and immobilizes as needed.
• Makes radiation exposures per physician request and patient history.
• Performs IV injections and administers contrast agents.
• Assists radiologist with biopsies and drainage procedures using sterile techniques.
• Maintains knowledge of CT IT systems (Radiant, PACS).
• Participates in on-call rotation as required.
