Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a CT Technologist to perform high-quality CT procedures under Radiology supervision. The role requires adherence to protocols, proper patient positioning, and accurate documentation.

You will communicate with patients using AIDET, monitor radiation dose, and maintain equipment and records. Candidates should be graduates of an accredited CT program, hold ARRT CT certification, and obtain BLS within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited CT program and ARRT CT certification.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire/transfer.
• Licensed as TX MRT; ARRT CT and Radiography (R) or Nuclear Medicine (N) certifications accepted.
• Less than 1 year experience in radiology.
• Ability to operate CT equipment and follow radiation safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Performs CT procedures according to exam protocol.
• Maintain communication with patients and family using AIDET.
• Position patient and adjust equipment for optimal imaging.
• Ensure safety and infection-control policies.
• Maintain imaging records and proper documentation.
