Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Computed Tomography Tech to operate CT equipment and produce diagnostic cross-sectional images. The role includes performing CT procedures as well as general radiography and fluoroscopy where required, with emphasis on patient care and privacy.

The ideal candidate will hold ARRT certification, a state RT license (CA), and BLS, with preferred CT certification and an associate degree in Radiologic Technology.

Qualificações

• Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology (Preferred).
• ARRT R.T. (R)(CT) or R.T. (R) certification (Required)
• Radiologic Technologist (RT) license in state of practice (Required in CA)
• Advanced CT certification (Required in OR/HI, Preferred in CA)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Required)
• Fluoroscopy license (Required in CA when operating fluoroscopy equipment)
• Venipuncture/IV certification (Required)

Responsabilidades

• Performs CT and other diagnostic imaging procedures.
• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care.
• Produces sagittal and coronal reformatted images for radiologist interpretation.
• Transfers images through PACS and teleradiology systems.
• Maintains accurate patient records, files, and billing information.
• Maintains patient image and data confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA.
• Performs equipment maintenance and calibration.
• Manages imaging supply inventory.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
