Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Formal radiologic technology training program meeting ARRT requirements.
• NYS Licensed/Registered Radiologic Technologist with ARRT Certification in CT.
• Radiographic film processor.
• CAT Scan Systems.
• Epic tracking equipment.
• OHS Fit Test/OHS Annual Assessment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patient and room; enter data into Epic and set up patient position.
• Obtain cross-sectional images with proper protocols for high-quality scans.
• Assist radiologist during procedures and monitor progression.
• Photograph and label scans; process and display images for interpretation.
• Maintain records of image slices, injections, and related data.
• Follow all radiation safety rules for patients and staff.
• Train other associates and students in CT procedures.
• Keep assigned area orderly and clean.
• Perform duties of a 4T technologist as needed.
• Carry out other related tasks as required.
