Job summary

Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital seeks a CT Technologist to perform CT examinations, ensure patient safety, and operate imaging equipment. You will work closely with radiologists, prepare contrast administration, and maintain high-quality imaging within a fast-paced department.

Requirements include AMA approved radiology education with ARRT CT certification and at least 6 months of CT experience. Eligible for comprehensive benefits and supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of AMA approved school of radiology technology with ARRT CT certification.
• 6 months minimum CT experience.

Responsibilities

• Produce CT scans and position and immobilize patients.
• Select proper technical factors for procedures.
• Inform patients about procedures and positioning; ensure safety and quality.
• Maintain records and charges using HIS/RIS and ensure PACS readiness.
• Perform 3-D reconstruction and CT angiography with workstation tools; assist radiologist.
