OhioHealth is seeking a CT Scan Technologist to operate computed tomography scanners for diverse procedures. You will explain procedures to patients, administer contrast media, and schedule patients according to protocol.

Day shifts, 40 hours per week, with emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency as part of a High Reliability Organization. ARRT, ODH licensure, and BLS certification are required.

Qualifikationen

• ARRT certification required for radiologic technologists.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) required.
• License from the Ohio Department of Health in radiologic technology.

Aufgaben

• Operates CT scanners for a variety of procedures.
• Obtains patient history and explains procedures to patients.
• Administers oral and IV contrast media as requested.
• Coordinates workload with other clinical sections and departments.
• Monitors quality and safety in patient care.
• Schedules patients in an organized manner.
