Job summary

Med Career Solutions is seeking a CT Technologist in Atlantis, FL to join our hospital imaging team. You will perform CT imaging procedures in inpatient and outpatient settings, operate CT equipment, and ensure high-quality images for diagnosis.

The ideal candidate has graduated from an accredited Diagnostic Imaging program, with ARRT CT Registry or eligible, and at least one year of CT experience or willingness to train from X-ray tech. Evening full-time schedule offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Diagnostic Imaging.
• One year of CT experience preferred.
• Florida DOH General Radiographer and ARRT CT Registry or registry eligible and acquire within six months of hire.
• WILL CONSIDER A SEASONED X-RAY TECH TO TRAIN TO CT TECH.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of CT scan imaging procedures in inpatient and/or outpatient settings.
• Operate CT equipment to produce quality images for diagnosing pathology and abnormalities.
• Obtain consent, prepare patients, and explain the procedure to them.

Position: CT Technologist

Location:Atlantis, FL

Shifts/Schedule:

Full-time Evenings (M-F 3pm – 11pm)

What You’ll Do:

The CT Technician works in the inpatient and/or outpatient setting performing a variety of CT Scan imaging procedures used to diagnose medical conditions. You will operate the CT scan equipment to produce quality images for detecting pathology and abnormalities in patients. You will obtain consent, prepare patients, and explain the procedure to them. The patient population may range from newborn to geriatric.

Qualifications Required:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Diagnostic Imaging
• One year of experience in performing CT preferred
• Florida State DOH General Radiographer and ARRT CT Registry or registry eligible and acquire within six months of hire
• WILL CONSIDER A SEASONED X-RAY TECH TO TRAIN TO CT TECH

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay rate range: Min $30.34/hr. – Max $42.47/hr. (Based on years of experience)
