Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• California Radiologic Technologist certification upon hire.
• National Provider BLS certification upon hire.
• National Registered Technologist in Radiography upon hire.
• Within 1 year: Registered Technologist in Computed Tomography.

Responsibilities

• Assist and serve as a resource to other technologists and radiologists.

Job description

The CT Technologist performs diagnostic imaging procedures in collaboration with radiologists, serving as a technical and clinical resource. Under supervision, they utilize age-specific criteria to ensure accurate imaging, participate in quality and performance improvement activities, and serve as a customer service representative to patients, their families, and medical staff. Flexibility with shifts and call schedules is essential to meet departmental staffing needs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate from an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
• California Radiologic Technologist certification upon hire
• National Provider BLS certification upon hire
• National Registered Technologist in Radiography upon hire
• Within 1 year: Registered Technologist in Computed Tomography

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of hospital or outpatient imaging experience performing pediatric and adult CT scans
