Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a CT Technologist to join the CT Scan Department at Baptist ED St. Augustine in St. Augustine, Florida. This is a Part-Time Weekends position with shifts 6:30am–7:00pm, with on-call and holiday rotation.

You will perform CT procedures, prepare and position patients, monitor vitals, operate GE CT equipment, and collaborate with radiologists while complying with safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years radiology technologist experience.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Experience working in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT procedures following established protocols.
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures.
• Monitor patient vital signs and comfort during exams.
• Operate CT equipment and perform routine maintenance.
• Collaborate with radiologists to obtain optimal imaging results.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of procedures.
• Adhere to safety and radiation protection standards.
• Educate patients about the CT process and answer questions.
