Job summary

Baptist Health seeks a CT Technologist to join our Float Team in Jacksonville, FL. This Full-Time Nights role works across Baptist Medical Center locations, performing CT procedures and delivering patient-focused imaging services.

The Float team supports up to three campuses, offering a dynamic, collaborative environment with a flexible schedule and opportunities to impact care across the network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years CT Technologist experience.
• Must hold ARRT (R) in Radiography and ARRT CT in CT imaging.
• CRT certification required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Performs high quality CT procedures.
• Promotes goodwill and maintains a positive demeanor with patients.
• Ensures compliance with education and health requirements.
• Documents medications as prescribed by a licensed practitioner.

Baptist Health is looking to add a CT Technologist to our Float Team at Baptist Medical Center, Jacksonville! This is a Full-Time Nights opportunity. This position will be based at various Baptist Health locations. This CT Technologist must be comfortable working at up to 3 campuses. CT Technologist Responsibilities:

• Performs high quality (CT) procedures
• Promotes goodwill amongst co-workers and other departments and has a positive, comforting demeanor with all patients
• Is compliant with mandatory education and health requirements.
• Identifies, prepares, administers, and documents medications as prescribed by a licensed practitioner in accordance with state, and federal regulations or Lawful institutional policy

Experience Requirements:

• 2 years of CT Technologist experience

Education & Credential Requirements:

• Vocational School Registered Technologist in Radiography ARRT (R) Required
• Registered Technologist in Computer Tomography (CT)- ARRT Required
• Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Required

This Float CT Technologist will be located at Baptist Jacksonville. Positions designated as requiring a level II Background ( A detailed fingerprint-based screening for positions of trust that check state (FDLE) and national (FBI) criminal history) will undergo screening as a condition of employment and continued employment.
