Qualifications

• ARRT (R) and CT certification required.
• State licensure as applicable.
• Associate’s Degree or higher in Radiologic Technology or similar field.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans following physician orders and departmental protocols.
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Operate and maintain CT equipment, troubleshooting minor technical issues as needed.
• Administer contrast agents under supervision and monitor patient response.
• Verify patient identification and maintain accurate documentation in the EHR.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and infection control guidelines.
• Collaborate with radiologists to ensure optimal image quality.
• Provide clear instructions and compassionate care to patients.
• Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
