Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans following physician orders and departmental protocols.
• Position patients for imaging, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Operate and maintain CT equipment, troubleshooting minor issues.
• Administer contrast agents under supervision and monitor patient response.
• Verify patient identification and document in the EHR.
• Adhere to radiation safety and infection control guidelines.
• Collaborate with radiologists and staff to ensure optimal image quality.
• Provide clear instructions and compassionate care throughout the procedure.
• Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
