Position Details:

Role Purpose:
Performs diagnostic imaging procedures in at least one advanced imaging modality (MRI, CT, IVR, Mammography, Bone Density, Cardiac Catheterization) on adults and/or pediatric patients for diagnosis and/or treatment, including quality control. Assists staff technologists with patient care and imaging issues, delegates tasks, and assumes supervisory responsibilities in their absence. Mentors students and new employees, providing ongoing guidance to advanced modality technologists and senior staff.
Responsibilities:
Education: Associate or Trade School Equivalent
Experience: 2-5 years
Supervisor Experience: None required
Licenses & Certifications: IEMA (Illinois only, excluding MRI), RTR, CT, MR, M, BD, CI, VI, RCIS, RCES
Experience: 5-10 years
Licenses & Certifications: Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
