Job summary

Newton-Wellesley Hospital is seeking a CT Technologist to perform diagnostic CT and interventional imaging under supervision, delivering high-quality exams and ensuring patient safety.

You will work with radiologists and nursing staff to review images, verify patient history, and maintain compliance with ARRT guidelines. Prior CT experience is preferred; BLS is beneficial in this role.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Radiologic Technology required.
• ARRT-CT certification required or preferred.
• ARRT-R license required.
• BLS Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging and diagnostic procedures including interventional CT as assigned.
• Assist and coordinate with other technologists during procedures.
• Ensure correct patient and exam identification; verify history and waivers as applicable.
• Review images for quality and diagnostic suitability; communicate results to providers as needed.
• Maintain proper documentation and patient safety procedures in line with department policies.
