Job summary

NorthBay Health seeks a CT Technologist to perform general radiographic studies, ensuring patient safety and providing clear images per QA criteria. You will assist patients during examinations, complete required paperwork, and report equipment malfunctions.

The role involves bedside radiography, clerical duties, and rigorous ALARA practices while using the latest imaging equipment. Shift hours vary by assignment, with opportunities for differentials.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved radiology course.
• Current CACRT licensure with Fluoroscopic permit.
• Venipuncture permit or training required before Jan 1, 2013; 10 venipunctures after Jan 1, 2013.
• Two+ years in general radiology; CT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general radiographic studies per QA criteria.
• Scan and organize images; complete required paperwork.
• Maintain patient safety and assist during examinations.
