South Shore Health is seeking a CT Technologist to join a high-volume imaging department in Massachusetts. You will perform CT scans, assist with patient positioning, and monitor techniques to ensure safe and accurate results.

The role involves operating CT equipment, handling contrast administration, and collaborating with Radiologists to achieve diagnostic quality while adhering to safety standards. Generous shift options and comprehensive health benefits are offered.

Formación

• Formal training in Radiology Technology from an AMA approved program.
• Three to four years radiologic experience with CT exposure preferred.
• ARRT CT certification and MA Radiation Control approval are expected.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and maintain CT scanner equipment and ensure optimal image quality.
• Assist with patient positioning and explain procedures to patients.
• Review orders and collaborate with Radiologist to ensure correct exams.
• Administer and manage contrast agents using sterile technique.
• Adhere to safety regulations and equipment inventory control.
