Job summary

South Shore Health in Massachusetts seeks a CT Technologist to join a busy imaging department. You will perform CT scans, prepare patients, and ensure quality and safety in every examination.

Requires AMA-approved radiology program, 3–4 years radiology experience with CT, ARRT CT, MA Radiation Control licenses, and BLS within 180 days. We offer a $10,000 sign-on for full-time roles and generous shift options.

No on-call and opportunities for growth with modern equipment.

Qualifications

• Requires AMA approved Radiology program.
• 3–4 years radiologic experience; CT exposure of 1 year preferred.
• ARRT CT certification; MA Radiation Control license; BLS within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and prepares CT scanner and room for exams.
• Sets up and calibrates equipment per exam standards.
• Accepts patients, explains the exam and addresses questions.
• Administers contrast agents using sterile technique when required.
• Reviews orders with Radiologist and coordinates exam transport.
• Performs quality controls and ensures imaging safety and patient protection.
