Job summary

Adventist Health Ukiah Valley is hiring a Radiologic Technologist to operate CT equipment and provide high-quality imaging. You will perform CT, radiography, and fluoroscopy as needed, with patient care from adolescence to geriatric populations. The role requires ARRT CT certification, CA licensure, and BLS.

Proficiency with PACS/teleradiology, attention to HIPAA, and willingness to participate in required training and maintenance duties are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology preferred.
• ARRT RT (R)(CT) certification required or equivalent.
• BLS certification required; fluoroscopy license where applicable.
• CA licensure as Radiologic Tech and state-specific CT certs preferred.
• Venipuncture certification required; IV certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to obtain diagnostic cross-sectional images.
• Produce sagittal and coronal reformatted images for interpretation.
• Use PACS and teleradiology to transfer images securely.
• Maintain accurate records and protect patient privacy (HIPAA).
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and manage supplies.
• Adhere to safety and regulatory requirements in patient care.
