Job summary

Adventist Health Ukiah Valley is hiring a CT Technologist to operate CT equipment, generate cross-sectional images, and support radiologist interpretation. The position includes PACS/teleradiology workflow, patient care across age groups, and adherence to HIPAA guidance.

Required ARRT CT certification, CA licensure, BLS, and fluoroscopy/venipuncture credentials as applicable. This on-site role offers clinical teamwork in a community-focused hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology: Preferred
• Registered by ARRT RT (R)(CT) or RT (R): Required
• CA Radiologic Tech license required
• BLS certification required
• Fluoroscopy license in CA required if operating fluoroscopy equipment
• Venipuncture certification: Required/Preferred as noted

Responsibilities

• Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates care for patients ranging in age from adolescence through geriatric.
• Produces sagittal and coronal reformatted images for radiologist interpretation.
• Uses PACS and teleradiology system to transfer images to the appropriate location.
• Maintains accurate records, files and billing information.
• Performs routine maintenance and calibration of equipment and manages supply inventory.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
