Job summary

Adventist Health Ukiah Valley in Redwood Valley, CA is seeking a CT Technologist to operate CT equipment and produce high-quality diagnostic images for radiologists. The role includes general radiography and fluoroscopy as needed, with an emphasis on patient safety and HIPAA compliance.

You will use PACS and teleradiology to transfer images, maintain accurate records, and participate in routine maintenance of imaging equipment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology preferred.
• ARRT RT (R)(CT) or RT (R) required; CA licensure required.
• Basic Life Support certification required; fluoroscopy license required in CA.
• Venipuncture certification preferred in CA and OR.

Responsibilities

• Operates CT equipment and produces cross-sectional images for radiologist interpretation.
• Produces sagittal and coronal reformatted images and uses PACS/teleradiology to transfer images.
• Maintains records, ensures image integrity and adheres to HIPAA.
