Job summary

Cache Valley Hospital in Utah is seeking a CT Technologist to join our radiology team. You will work with radiologists, administer oral and IV contrast, operate CT scanning equipment, and assist interventional radiologists.

You will also help maintain the department and assist patients onto the scanner table. The role requires ARRT-R Radiography and RT Radiologic Technologist credentials, as well as an Associate Degree.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required within 30 days of start date.
• ARRT-R Radiography credential required.
• RT Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer.
• Associate Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Administer oral and IV contrast; monitor for allergic reactions; prepare IV
• Load and operate MedRad power injector.
• Operate CT scanning equipment; follow ALARA; apply physician protocols.
• Assist interventional radiologists with procedures.
• Maintain a clean, stocked work environment and supply linens.
• Assist patients onto and off the scanner table.
