Job summary

Lakeview Hospital in Bountiful, UT seeks a CT Technologist for a part-time, 20-hour-per-week schedule. The role involves assisting radiologists, administering contrast, operating CT equipment, and supporting patient safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification required within 7 days of start date.
• ARRT-CT (Computed Tomography) credential must be obtained within 1 year of start date.
• ARRT-R (Radiography) certification.
• RT Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer credential.
• Associates degree required.

Responsibilities

• Administer both oral and IV contrast and evaluate for allergic reactions; establish appropriate IV for the exam.
• Load and operate MedRad power injector.
• Operate CT scanning equipment; apply ALARA principles; follow physician protocols.
• Assist interventional radiologists with procedures.
• Maintain a clean work environment and stock supplies and linens.
• Assist patients onto and off the scanner table.
