Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a CT Technologist to perform computed tomography procedures and related techniques, producing diagnostic images and assisting with interventional procedures. The role requires ARRT CT certification within 9 months and NJ state radiology license, with a sign-on bonus for full-time daytime/evening shifts.

The position involves patient preparation, IV access, contrast administration, is nurse/physician-facing, and requires adherence to infection control and QA

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Completion of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs complex CT procedures with attention to patient safety.
• Evaluates radiographs for proper identification and diagnostic value.
• Prepares patient and scanning protocols according to established guidelines.
• Administers contrast following departmental protocols.
• Documents patient data and maintains equipment and records.
