You will operate CT scanners, power injectors, and computer systems, ensuring proper patient positioning, safety, and adherence to imaging guidelines.

The role covers CTA imaging, interventional CT procedures, and advanced cardiac imaging, with emphasis on dose management and high-quality imaging.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a radiologic technology program is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge with CT physics and pharmacology; patient care skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Operates CT scanners, power injectors, and computer systems to capture diagnostic images.
• Maintains proficiency across multiple CT systems and locations.
• Adheres to dose management and safety guidelines such as Image Gently.
• Prepares patients, positions them, and ensures proper immobilization and shielding.
• Performs advanced CT procedures including CTA imaging and specialized studies.
• Maintains knowledge of clinical histories, anatomy, physiology, and physics to optimize scans.
• Ensures compliance with policies and safety standards while delivering high-quality imaging.
