Job summary

Nantucket Cottage Hospital is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic radiography, CT, MRI, or mammography in accordance with department protocols and regulatory standards. You will be the primary point of contact for patients and collaborate with radiologists to ensure accurate imaging and timely service.

You will maintain image quality and patient safety through proper technique, radiation protection, and aseptic practices.

Qualifications

• Must maintain licensure and CEU requirements.
• Experience with radiology imaging modalities.
• Knowledge of radiation safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Set technical factors for diagnostic procedures and ensure proper labeling.
• Greet patients and confirm imaging requests.
• Maintain image quality and adhere to regulatory standards.
• Assist with scheduling and PI activities.
