Job summary

OhioHealth in Riverside Methodist Hospital is hiring a full-time CT Technologist to operate CT scanners and support diverse procedures. The role includes explaining procedures to patients, administering contrast media, and scheduling patients efficiently according to protocol.

You will collaborate with radiologists and clinicians, perform patient screening, monitor contrast safety, and coordinate workload across the department.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification required.
• License from Ohio Department of Health (ODH) required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Obtains patient clinical history for procedure.
• Reviews lab values and screens patient for allergies to determine contraindications to contrast media.
• Administers oral and IV contrast media.
• Operates CT scanners for a variety of procedures.

Job Description Summary: $15,000 SIGN-ON BONUS, RELOCATION ASSISTANCE AND BENEFITS ELIGIBILITY DAY ONE External applicants and newly licensed internal applicants may be eligible for a $15,000 sign-on bonus with a one-year work commitment. Previously employed applicants who have been gone from the organization more than 90 days may also be eligible. Candidates who live more than 100 miles from Riverside Methodist Hospital may be eligible for relocation assistance of up to $13,000. Riverside Methodist Hospital is hiring a full-time CT Technologist to work 7:00a - 7:30p with the following schedule: Week 1: Thursday, Friday, Saturday Week 2: Sunday, Monday, Thursday Week 3: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday Week 4: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday. This position operates computed tomography scanners for a variety of procedures following directives of staff radiologists. The position is responsible for explaining procedures to the patients, administering contrast media as requested, and scheduling patients in an organized manner. All duties performed per approved protocol.
