Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Surgical Hospital Fort Worth is seeking a CT Technologist to operate CT and X-ray equipment, prepare the exam area, and deliver excellent patient care. This role emphasizes radiation safety and quality control within a high-volume facility.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, AMA-approved Radiologic Technology education, and ARRT RT(R)(CT) certification, with current MRT license and BLS preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Graduate of AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology.
• Current ARRT RT(R)(CT) certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Operates CT and X-ray equipment and prepares exam room, equipment, supplies, and medications.
• Provides excellent patient care in the assigned area.
• Adheres to proper radiation safety techniques on all exams.
• Performs Quality Control checks as prescribed and maintains QC logs.
