Job summary

Sterling Medical is seeking a CT Technologist to join a high-volume imaging team at Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Tacoma, WA. This full-time, long-term W2 contract offers a Monday–Friday schedule (7:30 AM–4:00 PM) with relocation assistance.

Responsibilities include performing CT imaging on Siemens 64-slice scanners, administering contrast, QA, documentation, and patient monitoring. Certification and credentialing are required, with CT certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT certification; CT certification preferred.
• Previous clinical CT experience and ability to complete credentialing/background screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging using Siemens 64-slice scanners.
• Conduct routine and STAT radiographic procedures as needed.
• Administer IV, oral, and rectal contrast and review required labs prior to imaging.
• Complete daily QA and ensure high-quality diagnostic images.
• Work within Fuji Synapse PACS and maintain accurate documentation.
• Monitor patients during procedures and respond appropriately to adverse reactions.

Work Environment

You’ll be part of a high-volume imaging team supporting a military medical treatment facility. The department provides imaging services across outpatient, inpatient, emergency department, and trauma settings.

Requirements
