Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a CT Technologist to perform computerized axial tomography procedures using various imaging equipment and contrast material, while ensuring patient safety and line access for IV contrast. The role may include leadership duties in the imaging department.

The successful candidate will administer contrast per policy, coordinate with radiologists, and support cross-trained modalities as needed in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or Radiologic Technology credential.
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist - Radiography.
• Registered in Radiography (R) within 1 year (ARRT).

Responsibilities

• Performs CT procedures and manages contrast administration.
• Reviews cases with radiologist and documents patient history.
• Maintains safety and reports incidents.
• May serve as CT Lead or Imaging Coordinator in absence.
